Chickpea Frittata

1 cup chickpea flour
1 cup water
Shredded zucchini
Shredded carrots
1/2 small onion chopped
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 cup chopped spinach

Preheat the oven at 350 F. Place the flour and water on a bowl and mix until well incorporated. Add the rest of the ingredients, zucchini and carrot amounts to your liking. Oil the muffin tin and divide evenly. Bake for 20minutes.
