Coconut Pear Muffins

1 cup almond flour
1 cup coconut flour
1 cup shredded coconut
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 cup dairy free milk
1 cup gluten free flour
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 ripe pears
2 tsp coconut sugar

Preheat the oven at 350 F. Place all the ingredients in the food processor and mix. Pour batter into oiled muffin tray and divide evenly. Bake for 25 minutes.
