As we have navigated through the last decade as parents, business owners, partners, retreat leaders, and doctors, we realized in all the different seasons of life we need support and guidance. Through every venture, shift, challenge, and even various dreams we have had, we have required the support of a coach to guide us along the way. We choose to stand on the shoulder of giants. objective eye on our health, business, and life journey. From this space and from what we have experienced, we recognize that when working on the physical body we cannot compartmentalize the rest. The mind, the body, our emotions, and even our soul is in constant communication to relay the appropriate signals to dictate our choices, behaviour, and life. Sometimes, the signals or inputs from our environment, from the foods we eat to the thoughts we think, distort the messages leading us into a state of disease and discomfort in our bodies, relationships, and our own inner world.
