Pumpkin Spice Muffin

1 cup cassava flour
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 eggs
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp all spice
4 tbsp maple syrup (or your choice of sweetener)

Preheat the oven at 400 F. Mix all the ingredients and transfer into a muffin tray and bake for 18 minutes. Cool before serving.
