Measures important metabolites not available in serum (blood). Allows for a fullday
perspective on hormone production, important because some hormones are
produced primarily late at night, early in the morning or in pulses throughout the
day. This will allow a clear picture of the hormones and therefore a more targeted
treatment plan.
Done on days 19-21 of a woman’s cycle. In case of menopause or irregular
periods it can be done at any time of the month.
